Are you open during COVID-19?
Yes, we are open! Although we have limited in-person appointments, we have been successfully conducting Telemedicine (Phone/Video) appointments. To learn more about Telemedicine, please see the previous post below. We have been working to provide the same amount of commitment, dedication, and care to our patients as if they were being seen by the clinicians in-person.
When will you be seeing patients in-person?
We are creating and updating our practice protocols, as well as training our staff and clinicians, to better handle patient care amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We are hoping to slowly transition into in-person appointments in mid-February of 2021. We will post updates as the time comes closer!

Telemedicine
Telemedicine
Our alternative to in-office appointments.
Our Family Practice will remain open to continue providing the best care possible for our patients. Your health should not be overlooked during this difficult time. That is why we have decided to offer a contact-free alternative to our in-office visits via phone or video (depending upon the type of appointment). This allows our patients to conduct their thorough
appointments with clinicians without the risk of exposure.
We are seeing select patients in-office (please read below about our new protocols for in-office appointments).
If you wish to have a Telemedicine visit with your clinician, please contact our office at (805) 461-7144
CDC Compliant Protocols
CDC Compliant Protocols
Our response to COVID-19 in the office.
Since we have opened our office to seeing patients again, we have stayed up-to-date with all CDC recommended protocols to assure our patients health during this strenuous time. We have streamlined the intake process for patients and have inducted more thorough cleaning protocols to allow patients to feel at-ease in our practice. If you wish to learn more about our updated protocols, call our office at (805) 461-7144.
Patient Screening/ Intake Protocols
Patient Screening/ Intake Protocols
Our new patient screening protocols.
We are meticulously screening our patients before their appointments. We have a large demographic of at-risk patients, so we are very rigorous and in-depth with this procedure. We ask that all patients call from their car upon arrival for appointments so that our staff may begin the screening process. Afterwards, our Medical Assistant will come outside to meet you, take your temperature, and bring your inside to your designated exam room. We do ask that all our patients wear a face masks upon arrival for your appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you, free of charge. We also request that patients limit the number of people that come with them for their appointment. For any questions or further clarification, please call our office at (805) 461-7144
